Job Summary
Sales are the most experienced members of a sales team, responsible for guiding sales representatives and ensuring that sales targets are met, make relationship with client, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors’ sales activities.


Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the engineering or technical teams to address customer requirements and ensure successful product implementation.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively present solutions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand customer base.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to line managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong in Financial Services Industry.
  • Have at least 2-5 years in a technical sales role or a similar position.
  • Strong understanding of technical products, solutions, and services relevant to the company’s industry.
  • Experienced in concrete of technical sales and demonstrated analytical skills (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet sales targets.
