Job Summary
System Analyst Manager is in charge of leading teams, providing guidance in solution design, software design, application maintenance, enhancement, and system architecture design to meet business, security, and system requirements. They also provide consultants, ways of working, best practices, problem-solving, and solutions. The System Analyst Managers will consult the team members to analyze the system requirements, identify risks, conduct impact assessments, identify the critical areas that require modification, put those modifications into effect, improve them, and handle any relevant concerns
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coach team members, offer advice and guidance, drive results, and inspire the team to meet established OKRs.
- Construct, examine, or consult high-level solution diagrams, as well as design features, APIs, and solutions. Evaluates potential process improvements and creates a solution as reusable modules or microservices.
- Work together with the relevant teams to coordinate and discuss the high-level solution design and push the solution for IT solution session or AWG approval.
- Incorporate high-level requirement sessions into high-level impact assessments and effort estimation.
- Assist production incidents with the help of the operation team, developer, and SA
Background/ Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience working with information technologies and system analysis (Experience in Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking implementation is preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Has experience in team management, used to be team leader or virtual team leader.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as the capacity to interact effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Has high levels of responsibility and expertise in the design and development of S/W, and has implemented a variety of solutions.
- Can offer an alternative option that fits the remaining resources and timetable when requirements change throughout project implementation.
- Effective written and verbal communication in Thai and English.
- Has a proactive approach and a working mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
