Job Description:

  • Collaborate with other business and technology department to formulate and deploy long-term strategic cloud network and service which enable agility of cloud infrastructure setup to support growing business demand.
  • Coach team leaders/members in making technology decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands and opportunities with the longer-term strategic vision of the company while providing technology guidance, road maps, and best practices for leader as a decisive information.
  • Manage cloud network and service infrastructure operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources as well as finding resolution among technical team, business unit and customer to achieve the shared goal and objective.
  • Perform direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations to support new business initiatives and market opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain regular communications with the organization's leaders, department heads, and team regarding direction of company, management expectation and key IT activities.
  • Manage internal and external conflicts within and among departments or companies as well as maintain good team’s moral and keep the momentum of the passion of individual staffs.
