Job Description:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle on digital channels, serving as the primary contact and domain expert of the assigned products and services.
  • Collaborate with key clients/stakeholders or users to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and current business operations to assess the feasibility of system requirements and proposals.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder (internal/external) requirements with capacity planning.
  • Operate within an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, setting milestones, and identifying opportunities, risks, and deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Data Analytics, Market Research, Customer Experience, Regulators, Operations, Support, Call Center, and downstream system owners, to ensure their requirements are captured and delivered as expected.
  • Provide training and communication support to both internal and external users/customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Platforms, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in digital product/technology delivery, IT consulting, or product management (in Telecom, Fintech, Large startup (preferred)
  • Prior experience in security services, authentication, and verification processes, particularly in eKYC development, is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts with Technical and Development teams.
  • Familiarity with system or software development methodologies, including Agile project management or Agile development.
  • Develop requirements, maintain backlogs, and contribute to roadmap planning.
  • Create user stories for change requests, new requirements, and feedback.
  • Design and enhance customer journeys on digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
  • Manage project and feature implementations, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
