Job Summary:
Work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges.
Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business requirement, processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the market level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a relationship between business partners and the IT department relative to requirements, solutions and priorities.
- Organize effective meeting to gather business requirement from related parties, recommend option.
- Translate business needs by developing business requirements and functional specifications as document, Business flow and System/Data Flow for the implementation of business solutions.
- Communicates and negotiates with all relevant stakeholders (both business and IT) to ensure a balance of usability and fit with IT Solution and architecture.
- Ensure that all requirements are complied with applicable standard, BOT regulations and internal regulations.
- Evaluate complexity of business requirement and provide impact analyst and sizing or score that will reflects cost and efforts to implement and propose to demand management team and related team to make decision.
- Collaborate closely with SA, Solution team to identify suitable IT Solution by providing the end to end flow and business need, business constraints, then new opportunities which may have in the future and ensures that IT solutions meet business needs.
- Create an maintain frontend specification to serve business requirement and deliver to frontend developer team.
- Review and give comment for improvement junior business analyst’s document.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in any related fields.
- 2-5 years experience in Business Analyst.
- Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and abstract low-level information to a more general understanding.
- Ability to communicate clearly with end-users, peers and management through use of business.
