Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical HR Admin – Data Entry professional to support HR operations with accurate data management. This role requires expertise in HRIS systems, data processing, and proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Tableau to streamline HR reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate must be able to manage complex HR data, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure seamless HR data administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Data Management & HRIS Administration

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS systems (HR platforms).
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and validation checks.
  • Assist in HR system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Manage employee profile

2. Movement Transaction & Benefits Data Processing

  • Verify and process movement-related data, including new hire/movement/resign.
  • Support benefits administration, including tracking medical claims, insurance, and other employee entitlements.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

3. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide/Generate HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for HR analysis
  • Provide insights into employee data trends to support strategic HR decision-making.
  • Maintain and improve HR data visualization tools for management reporting.

4. Workforce Movement & Compliance Tracking

  • Track employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements to ensure HR records remain up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations through proper employee profile documentation.

5. Digital Process Automation & Power Platform Utilization

6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with HRBP, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to resolve HR system and data-related issues.
  • Act as a key point of contact for data requests, access control/employee badge management and ensure timely responses.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a complex and fast-paced HR environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems ( HR platforms).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data processing and reporting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, data entry, or HRIS administration.
  • Experience in HR transactional processes within a large and complex organization, with a strong focus on data analytics, process optimization, and documentation management.
