Job Responsibilities

  • Consult with line management, provide daily HR guidance, and resolve complex employee relations issues, address grievances, and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentions.
  • Suggest new HR strategies and analyze trends and metrics for support business needs and assist implement HR Strategy & Frame (Talent & Succession plan, training analysis and workforce) from COE & Learning to people managers and staff
  • Control and monitor report on workforce, staff cost and otherwise, prepare analysis report for support business needs.
  • Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc.
  • Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation – striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.

Background/ Experiences

  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Has direct experience in HR Business Partner
  • Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or employee relations a plus- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

Knowledge & Skills

  • Deep knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, union relations, and federal and state employment laws
